The overall atmosphere was tarnished by constant noise from the hallway. I appreciate the efforts of the staff, but they need to address the sound insulation for a better refuge.

Breakfast was great, staff was professional, and there was a lot of room for me and my children.

Fire hazard with an extension behind the fridge and television. the fridge and television had a shortage due to too many plugs. Room was when we got in there. Had to turn on A/C and there was a dead beetle as well.

Price was excellent for a room with 2 beds. Had to stay due to a/c at home went out - the rooms were cool! Pool was HOT, but clean and nice.

Maybe my fault, but WIFI logs you out after 8 hours and you have to log back in - switched to my data and used up all I had plus... I will say, the manger DID give us a discount on one night equal to what I have to pay for the data overage, so not out anything. This policy was not posted nor included on terms of service (yah, I read them).

I was shocked by the filthy condition of the rooms. The strong smell and damaged amenities. Staff seemed untrained and unhelpful, adding to the frustration of our visit.

It's not a safe place for single traveling women. I felt like I could be accosted easily from the parking lot. The first room was literally down a dark corridor and seemed extremely dangerous for a location. I asked for a different room. The next room had a bed with stains all over the mattress cover.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The breakfast was very disappointing, no fruit, coffee was cold, was there at 630. The room was a little rough, sink was very slow to drain. I found hair in several of our the towels

The pancake maker was cool.

The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, and the staff was genuinely helpful and friendly. I appreciated the quick check-in process and the comfortable non-smoking queen room.

The staff allowed us to check in about an hour early so we could get dressed for our event.

I reserved a smoking room for my husband's comfort. They "upgraded" me from a smoking King to a non-smoking double queen. Therefore, my husband had to stand outside the room to smoke. Not an upgrade!

I enjoyed the thoughtful decorations and the clean, comfortable atmosphere of my room, easily accessible for me. Always friendly.

More accessible bathroom facilities would enhance comfort.
